Not the visit I was anticipating, visited before and thoroughly enjoyed, today waiter was dizzy and could not remember orders, could not remember if we had paid, asked us 3 times and he had made us pay after every drink.😢

A great restaurant right on the promenade! Excellent fish and chips, fresh and well-prepared ingredients. Generous portions! Great service that caters to customer requests! Thank you. Reasonable prices. I recommend it!

A great place to eat in Chatelaillon. We enjoyed a family meal while admiring the sunset. Ideally located, the dishes were generous and delicious, the service was efficient, and the staff were friendly. A well-oiled machine, the only downside, understandable given the size of the restaurant, was the ambient noise.

The service was rather slow, and we constantly had to ask for water. However, the servers were pleasant. We were able to watch the sunset. Right next door, people were dancing salsa. The atmosphere was friendly. The pizzas were excellent, generously topped, and the crust was light and not at all heavy. We were a little disappointed by the desserts, which seemed to have been defrosted (profiteroles, gourmet coffee). Furthermore, the restrooms were in a terrible state.

I'd gladly go back. Great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent time at Bugat! I had a very good breakfast, with high-quality products and impeccable service. The waiter was particularly kind, smiling, and very helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention for the atmosphere: the music was truly magnificent, so much so that I asked for the names of the songs to find them on Spotify. It's the kind of detail that makes all the difference. I highly recommend it and I will gladly return!

The service was catastrophic… When taking our order, the waiter seemed slow and slow (perhaps he was new? It wasn't a big deal, really). When our drinks arrived, the waiter listed things we hadn't ordered, like a violet diabolo instead of violet syrup, or a fuze tea instead of apple juice. When we told him what we had ordered, he asked if our table number was indeed 620 and if he hadn't made a mistake, that he'd simply gone by the color of the glasses! Not very professional… The crepes weren't even on the table before he wanted to charge us. My friend and I wanted to split the bill 50/50, but the waiter couldn't be bothered to tell us to wait while he did the division and instead said to my friend, "Can you make her a wero?" "It's unacceptable to say that to a customer, especially since we come from this profession and know how to handle things. Once again, a serious lack of professionalism. Aside from that, the crepes were very good. I hope it was just a bad day/first day for this server and that things will improve."

We arrived on a Sunday at 6 pm for ice cream. The outdoor terrace was about 25% full, and two servers were taking orders. We waited over 25 minutes for our order to be taken, and after we finished eating, we remained for nearly 45 minutes without any server coming to take our order, clear our table, or even bring a carafe of water. We were asked to leave to free up our table. We weren't going to waste any more time, but the restaurant lost two customers and suffered from poor communication due to a lack of organization. Furthermore, the hygiene of the restrooms, especially at the beginning of service, was really poor. A shame.

The welcome was very good, the waiter very pleasant and attentive. We found the burgers bland, slightly lacking in seasoning, but the meat was good. The pizzas were very good, and the children's menus were simple but effective. The price remains a bit high for the quality. Regarding the restrooms, the toilet paper dispenser was empty, but it was piled loose on top of the toilet. The ceiling above was crumbling, so we had to deal with damp pieces of ceiling as a bonus, and it was dirty. There was also no soap, and the sink faucet could have easily broken off in our hands when we turned it on.
