PIZZA E BASTA La Jarne

Tonight I ordered 3 pizzas an hour before my chosen time. They arrived 10 minutes late, resulting in one undercooked pizza and, to top it all off, two small bones in two of them. Since I was across the street, I went back to inform them of my discovery without making a scene, and I was baffled by their response: "I'm not responsible for the ingredients." Without even offering a solution, I left. I strongly advise against this pizzeria.

We ordered pizzas as a family, and I received a calzone with an undercooked crust (really undercooked) that I had to put back in the oven. Once the pizza was cooked, there was a very hard, unidentifiable piece of something inside. We went back to the restaurant, and the person there simply stated that it "wasn't in stock" without any explanation or offer of compensation. My suggestion that we wouldn't return didn't seem to bother them. Perhaps some things need to be reviewed.

A small bone of I don't know what was found in the Regina mozzarella, ham, mushroom, and tomato sauce pizza???

I highly recommend stopping by. The welcome is warm, the pizzas are authentic and delicious, and there's a wide selection, plus a pizza of the month… Nothing to complain about, everything was excellent from start to finish. A big thank you and well done!
