The Josephine bagel, which is supposed to be served with falafel and hummus, was unfortunately unavailable. I don't really understand why it's on the menu if it's never offered. I also got the impression that the server wasn't very attentive to requests and seemed mainly focused on speeding up the process.

Everything is delicious. From the bagels to the Brookie, not to mention their affordable prices.

The bagels were made hastily and were cold. They should take the time to properly heat them up instead of just toasting the bread for 20 seconds before filling them. Far inferior to some other restaurants in the chain.
