It was complicated in August, way too long a wait... Service started okay, but by the end of service, the wait for desserts was an hour even though there weren't many customers left. 😡

The drinks server was very unpleasant; we ended up leaving the restaurant as it was really unwelcoming. We waited 15 minutes before someone came, only to be told, "Well, that's not my section," or "No one has seated you."

Be careful with your receipt!

Appalling service... this restaurant has absolutely no class, which is such a shame. The location and space are lovely. That said, the service is so poorly presented and the waiters so disengaged that I can only give it a 1. Yet, the bill for four came to €180, and the service was truly subpar. Avoid this place; there are so many restaurants in La Rochelle near the port that this one is best avoided!

Avoid at all costs!!! Over two hours of waiting for frozen mussels that weren't even freshly caught. Disgusting Harris burger buns bought at Aldi (excuse my language). No finger bowls. They don't even bother to clear their glasses before serving. It takes forever to be served, but a split second to get paid. Thanks a lot. I highly recommend it 👍

As tourists passing through, we stopped at this restaurant, which seemed to offer a good selection to satisfy everyone's tastes. We chose burgers and a galette (savory buckwheat crepe): we were very disappointed with the galette, which was very dry. The burgers were decent, with the meat cooked properly. The bun was terrible: rubbery and with a strange taste... so we didn't dare try the desserts. Two waiters looked after us: one was truly excellent, very professional and very kind, and the other was less pleasant but still professional. Overall, we were disappointed with the quality of the food, although the location was nice and the prices reasonable.

Disappointing. The langoustines were mealy and mushy, even after showing them to the owner, who was dishonest. Very disappointed.

We sat down for a drink and, seeing the friendly staff and the delicious food being served around us, we decided to eat in. We ordered a seafood platter which was very fresh and excellent!

Simple, efficient, and with a view of the harbor! The platters could be of higher quality for the price. The pizzas and breakfasts are great.

We were just passing tourists and stopped by chance. Look no further, the restaurant is fantastic and the service and staff are truly excellent. Thank you all for a great time!

A really lovely place, excellent food, especially the seafood 🍤, and very friendly and helpful staff.

Long wait times despite promises of quick service. It's a shame. There was an extra charge for some unknown reason (2 euros). The food was fresh.
