Les Pincettes

A pleasant place for a family lunch, with games in the hotel lobby including foosball and arcade games. However, the welcome could be much warmer and less curt. The head waitress seemed stressed. Things relaxed towards the end, but it would have been nicer if she had been more friendly and welcoming. The food was very good, but it's a shame the burger was pre-assembled (there were only 20 customers in the dining room at lunchtime that day) because it was impossible to have the onions removed. Limited flexibility for a dish that's so simple to prepare. I don't know if we'll return, even though the space is very clean and pleasant. I'm only commenting on the restaurant itself.

Delicious food (including the fries!) and reasonable prices in a very pleasant setting opposite the hotel pool. The hotel parking lot is also very convenient for parking or charging your car.

Honestly, don't go there expecting a good meal; you'll just be eating. The appetizers are pretty basic and simple to make, the main courses... meh. I ordered the burger (something simple) and it was rare. The burger arrived with the meat raw in the center and cold. I pointed it out, and they microwaved it and overcooked it. It's about the same level as Flunch but more expensive, and even the bun is dry. There are better places to eat if you can afford it.

The company meal was very good, well presented and well served.

Lunch was perfect; this is the hotel's restaurant. The peaceful atmosphere of lunching on the terrace by the pool is very pleasant. We received a very warm welcome, both at reception and with excellent service from Adrienne, the head waitress, who was very pleasant and professional. The meal was excellent from start to finish, with reasonable prices. We will gladly return. Furthermore, the restaurant is located just steps from the parks and the beach of La Rochelle, making it a strategic place to stroll after a delicious meal and drink.

Great place. The food was very well prepared with good ingredients. The setting is lovely and the service is excellent! The staff is very attentive and responsive. It's a great place to eat.
