Nomade Grill

Very warm welcome and good value for money. The kitchen staff were very friendly. Thank you for this lovely lunch break.

Today I had lunch at Nomade Grill. The chef, Barbue, was very pleasant, kind, and welcoming. The daily special (lasagna) was excellent. However, the cashier with glasses (I don't know your name), when you clean a table in front of customers, a minimum level of hygiene is required. Your hands must not be cleaning properly; you should at least use a wipe, I think! You need to review your work protocol, ma'am; it really doesn't make me want to come back. I'm sorry about the chef.

Regular customer before 2020. But I come less and less. When the chef isn't there, it's the dishwasher, who's now a waitress, who's in charge of the kitchen. She should be offered training to better manage the orders. She seemed lost with her orders and her organization. This means customers wait longer than necessary. Being a chef isn't for everyone. People after me were served before me.

The coffee was undrinkable. Sock juice would have tasted better. The service wasn't exactly friendly. Politeness was completely forgotten.

A lovely meal shared with the family! It's a shame the restaurant is small and fills up so quickly. The fries were served half-cold... But luckily the meat was quite good!

Visited this lunchtime (August 28th) with colleagues. Mussels and fries. Very good food. Excellent service. Highly recommended!

The service was good, but I was disappointed by the food. The fries were inedible and undercooked.

Service closed based on who you are! They served the person in front of us, the waitress asked us what we wanted, and we told her we were thinking about it! Two minutes later, after we'd made our choice, the second waitress informed us that they weren't taking any more orders because they were closing, even though our choice was still on display. She stammered, explaining why she'd served the person in front of us and not us… Absolutely zero professionalism. Visited on 18/08/25 at 2:45 PM

While on holiday in the area, we stopped here for lunch. The service was excellent, from the till to the kitchen. We received great advice and the food was truly delicious. A huge thank you to the chef and all the very friendly and pleasant staff.

Excellent value for money and the burgers are top-notch, a masterclass for the nomad with the homemade onion compote.

Passing through La Rochelle, we were looking for a simple, quick restaurant with good quality food. We found exactly what we were looking for at Nomade D. We ordered at the register, and then received a buzzer that vibrated when our order was ready. We were served quickly (less than 5 minutes). The fries were homemade and delicious. The burgers were very high quality, much better than what you'd find at a fast-food restaurant. They also offer lighter options (like the daily special). It was very good, and we wouldn't hesitate to go back if we return to La Rochelle.
