Boulangerie Pâtisserie La Pommeraie

I've been coming to this bakery for several years now because I live nearby, and usually everything goes really well and everyone is very friendly. Until today, when I simply asked for a ham and butter sandwich, which was advertised on a sign in the window (plus, they've always made sandwiches to order; they even advertise it on a TV). I completely understand that at 1:27 PM it's apparently not the time to be making sandwiches, but there are ways to say it instead of: "We still have some sandwiches here. My colleague doesn't have time to make them." If I liked the sandwiches they offered, I wouldn't have asked for a simple ham and butter sandwich, which, I repeat, was the one advertised! I never leave comments, let alone negative ones, but if you don't like what you're doing, madam, nobody's forcing you. Change jobs rather than disrespecting customers. A little professionalism and politeness would have been more than enough, especially for a customer who only asked for a sandwich that was offered. :)

€1.50 for an instant coffee because the machine was broken (which can happen, but a small discount wouldn't hurt!), staff who weren't very friendly or particularly pleasant, and a sandwich with completely soggy Swedish bread...

A bakery conveniently located on a square with free parking right in front. A wide variety of products, perfect for a lunchtime meal. Due to its popularity, if you go between noon and 1 p.m. on weekdays, it's extremely crowded and you'll have to queue outside because the interior isn't very big.

Excellent bakery. Great managers. Great service. Nothing to complain about.
