I was extremely outraged by the attitude of the woman at the reception desk who tried to steal our bottle of Coke, and when we pointed it out, she took it badly and didn't even bother to say goodbye. Having worked at Domino's myself in the Paris region, I have one thing to say: values are being lost.

I'm furious! My friends and I wanted to enjoy a good pizza while watching the World Cup match at 9 pm (France-Spain was absolutely awful), and imagine our surprise when our order, initially scheduled for 8:15 pm, wasn't delivered until 9:45 pm!! On top of that, our student discount, which gave us 50% off the order, was refused for no reason!!! To "compensate" for the delay, we received a measly 1.25L bottle of Coke. I find it almost shameful that they didn't give us a discount instead, a significant one considering this utterly absurd delay!!!!

Passing through Puilboreau for the holidays, I ordered at 7:24 PM for delivery at 8:30 PM. The order arrived around 9:30 PM, an hour late. France team match or not, Domino's Pizza is clearly disorganized. No compensation or apology for the delay. Shameful. I absolutely do not recommend them; on the contrary, avoid them on busy days.

A very good experience at Domino's. The team is welcoming, the service is fast, and the pizzas are delicious! Special mention to the young employee I spoke to on the phone who was particularly pleasant and then there with a smile when I visited. It's always nice to be served with such kindness. I will gladly return. 😊👏

I placed a Deliveroo order, and the delivery was delayed. A Domino's employee took the time to call me to let me know about the delay due to a large order that had taken a while, and apologized. I told them it wasn't a big deal and that these things happen. No problem, I'd wait. The delivery driver arrived and gave me three pizzas instead of the two I had ordered. He very kindly explained that they had added an extra pizza because of the wait. Very pleasant and friendly staff, and a very appreciated gesture of goodwill. Thank you! (The pizzas were delicious and piping hot!)
